Sharing gives your accountant or bookkeeper their own read-only login to your store's sync and its reconciliation against Xero. It's free for them, and you can stop sharing at any time. On the 1st of each month you both get the reconciliation report by email, as a PDF, and your accountant can mark the month reconciled.
You need Syncible Starter or above.
In WordPress admin, click Syncible in the menu. Your Syncible dashboard opens there, on its Overview tab.
Scroll to Share with your accountant on the Overview tab, type your accountant's email address and click Send invite. They appear in the list underneath as Invited, and as Signed in once they've used the link. To end their access, click Stop sharing: it takes effect straight away.
They get an email from Syncible with a button to sign in; replies to it come to you. Later, they sign in at syncible.co.uk/accountant/login with the same email address. They see your store's connection, recent orders with their Xero invoices, the reconciliation and Reports & VAT, read-only. Nothing in your store or your Xero can be changed from their login. You get an email the first time they sign in.
